Here's showing a Hearty Chocolate cake with roses, sprayed with Pink & Pearl Sheens, commissioned by En.Faizal for his beloved fiancee with special request, that is to send it to her to Parit. It was a great surprise for her, as she & her friends got so shocked & excited upon receiving this cake.

This cake has a story to tell, as I was informed of the wrong date. Imagine customer asking for cake when its due for another two more days. I went, "WHAT!!!!!!" Gosh!!! I tried my best, my extreme best, to help, rushed..started mixing at 7am, while rushing kid's to kindy, into the oven at 8am....several hrs later, cake came out perfect. Was about 12 noon, started to ice..then sprayed the flowers & arranged them...One lucky thing, I had made some roses earlier, for emergency cases, just as this, so it helped. But not sufficient though, had to make more. No time for the flowers to set, they came sliding down the wire...GOSH!!! Repair! Repair!
And believe me, when the recipient got the cake, it was 2.30pm...YAYYYYYY!!! I made it...

Not by my own, I give all glory & honour to my Father. Thank you, Lord. Couldn't have done it without You.

Hello all, here's showing another cake, same design as Jaya's engagement cakes, for a 23 yr old sweet & pretty Krishna Kumari. Its Marbled cake with butter icing & fondant. All Edible, just that the roses are attached to wire.

This birthday was held in an Old-Folks Home in Kg.Simee, so many were there to bless this birthday child. Nice to see the elderly people with their friends. I did took some pictures of them, but I better not post for privacy sake. Unless I'm permitted to do so.

Ok, back to cake story, not many pictures were taken & also those taken ones are not complete. Anyway, I apologize, and here are some of it, which were still okay to post.

Cake for Princess Deepikaa

This doll cake specially made for Princess Deepikaa who turned 5. Its Choc Moist with fudge, then covered in fondant. Lots of lustre powder & pink sheen used to give the satin look. All edible. Thank you to Deepikaa's parents.

This is 5" Fruitcake, commissioned by Ms.Indra for her beloved mum on Mummy's Day. Rich fruitcake consists of currants, sultanas, raisins, mixed peel, cherries, glace pineapple, crystalised ginger, walnuts, cashews, and last but not least almonds. Done this for my friend, Ms.Indra's daughter. It's her 13th birthday. The cake is Moist Strawberry Marble cake, filled and frosted with Strawberry filling & butter icing. The piped butter icing basket weave is filled with luscious strawberries. Her name & age is made of sugar paste & then painted with pink sheen. Hope she enjoyed her cake & I made her happy. A cake done for PSM's 12th Anniversary yesterday, 30th April 2010. Moist Marbled cake with butter icing & drizzled with fudge. Just a simple design, to minimize butter icing & the sweetness, as many elderly people will be there. And I don't want them look at me with cross. Hehehehehehe...Anyhow, the cake VANISHED in a blink!!!
Only the board was visible. Hahahahahaha!!!

Hie all..what ya doing? Me simply dropped by to say hello, not to post pics. Today is actually a very busy day for me...as a stay-at-home-mum of 3 Lovely Darlings & never ending chores, plus up with My So Loved Cakes.....I'll be flat. And does the list ever end? How I wish...
No matter how busy I am, with chores, I still brighten up when it comes to cakes...Enjoy doing what I love, with passion & care, ...and always got so so carried away..Hehehehehehe!

Indeed, they're. Can't describe their love, care, tender, effort....the list goes on..Here showing a cake made for a mum. For those who are wondering what's the tamil word in the cake meant, its 'Amma" which means Mum or Mother or Mama or Mummy..However, "You can call a rose by any name, but the smell is just the same."

To elaborate more on the cake...Moist Marbled Butter cake with Butter icing & fondant decorations. Before I forget,.....these colours were the customer's pick.
