This is a 10" Moist Butter Marbled cake with butter icing, no filling though & all roses & decorations are hand-made with sugar paste. ALL EDIBLE, even the glitters.

Sacher-Torte again.

This is 8.5" Sacher-Torte, made for Ms. Usha, my friend fr Singapore. My schoolmate to be specific. She called while I'm getting my supplies a local bakery supplies & ordered a Sacher-Torte & blah..blah..blah...I rushed back, baked the torte, prepared the gooey fudge, let torte cool..my! And that day, it doesn't seem to cool down!!!!
goshhhhh!!!! I can't wait much longer, need to deliver the torte in an hour or so....Managed to cool the fudge. Pour the fudge over...this & that..
TADA!! YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!! I made it..in just about 3 hrs..phew!!! That's super fastttttt! I rushed to my dear friend. Glad she loved it. hahahahahaaha...Usha, if you are reading this...***hugs***hugs***hugs***you. Me smiling here....hehehehe.

Hand-painted Cake for Mum-in-law

This is Moist Strawberry Cake with Strawberry filling & frosting, then covered in self-made fondant, made for my mum-in-law. Since I love painting so much, I decided to hand-painted this cake with edible colours & glitters. How does it look? Pretty impressive, right? Hehehehehehe...

Rich Chocolate Cake with Ganache

Here's a Rich Chocolate Cake, filled and frosted with Ganache. WOW! So so rich & moist cake. Not the light & fluffy type. A great scrumptious cake for Chocolate lovers, yea, I'm a chocolate lover too, but this is much too heavy for me. Its firm, dense & heavy, yet cuts SO SO SO perfectly, no crumbs at all.

This cake is made for my daughter's birthday, for her to enjoy with her parents & sisters at home. Yea, we really enjoyed. Too bad you were not here...

My Girl's Cake

Today, 2nd March & here's showing my darling daughter's 4th birthday cake, to bring to her kindy to celebrate with her teachers & friends. It's Moist Strawberry Cake, filled and covered with Strawberry Cream filling, and covered with home-made fondant. Its a shiny cake with edible disco powders. Smells YUMMY! The aroma of strawberry...Who could resist!

Mommy ran of out idea for this, and here's a simple cake with blossoms for you. Sorry Darling! Mommy will present you a better one, soon, ok.
