Sacher-Torte again.

This is 8.5" Sacher-Torte, made for Ms. Usha, my friend fr Singapore. My schoolmate to be specific. She called while I'm getting my supplies a local bakery supplies & ordered a Sacher-Torte & blah..blah..blah...I rushed back, baked the torte, prepared the gooey fudge, let torte cool..my! And that day, it doesn't seem to cool down!!!!
goshhhhh!!!! I can't wait much longer, need to deliver the torte in an hour or so....Managed to cool the fudge. Pour the fudge over...this & that..
TADA!! YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!! I made it..in just about 3 hrs..phew!!! That's super fastttttt! I rushed to my dear friend. Glad she loved it. hahahahahaaha...Usha, if you are reading this...***hugs***hugs***hugs***you. Me smiling here....hehehehe.

Sacher_Torte, Again.

Another Sacher-torte, YUM! YUM! Chocolate! Chocolate! Chocolate! Who will say no. I gave an option to my family, whether they want Sacher-Torte or Brownie & the "award" goes to Scaher-Torttttttttttte...YAY!!!! And here's the result. I also had very small amount of walnuts which was waiting to be cleared, so into this it went. Luscious Sacher-Torte...How I love thee...

Another Luscious..

...Sacher-torte, layered & frosted with rich chocolate fudge topping & sprinkled with toasted almond flakes & lightly drizzled with mint-cream. Those roses & leaves are sugarpaste, painted with pink sheen colour, courtesy of Americolor and the leaves with silver luster powder. EVERYTHING is edible.
This was done for Cik Nora, nice to have meet you in person and I hope you love it & enjoyed the torte with your loved ones. Thank you so much Cik Nora.

Sacher-Torte....YUMMIESTTTTTT!!!!

This is Sacher-Torte, a kind of chocolate cake, which I made yesterday, requested by my dear daughter, for tea. Its spongy, moist, rich & so so delicious. I topped it with Buttered Chocolate, toasted almond flakes & lightly drizzled with mint cream...so heavenly. 1 slice would never enough. Scrumptious..How I wish I could share with u all... Surely surely surely I would make this again, with delicious topping, let it be fudge or buttered chocolate...whichever way, they're all YUMMY!!!
