Rich Chocolate Cake with Ganache

Here's a Rich Chocolate Cake, filled and frosted with Ganache. WOW! So so rich & moist cake. Not the light & fluffy type. A great scrumptious cake for Chocolate lovers, yea, I'm a chocolate lover too, but this is much too heavy for me. Its firm, dense & heavy, yet cuts SO SO SO perfectly, no crumbs at all.

This cake is made for my daughter's birthday, for her to enjoy with her parents & sisters at home. Yea, we really enjoyed. Too bad you were not here...
